Japan should challenge Russia on those disputed Island. Russia never been weaker.
Best they can do right now is some conscripts armed with mosins dropped out of a plane with no parachutes
If only Wagner had not bled to death in Bakhmut and if only the Afrika Corps were not stuck in the Sahel, Russia would have two active measures operations less but perhaps it would be saving Syria.

Same could be said about a PMC who wouldn’t be afraid to do anything for Russian. Would love to see Wagner get their asses kicked in Syria again.
