I like to think I’d do the same thing as Alan here if the shoe were on the other foot. But I think it’s too easy to just say that you would and understates how admirable it is. Bravo.

This kind of answer is why I voted Harris the other day. I like Gorsuch's jurisprudence and Brendan Carr's work at the FCC and enacting the SALT cap and so on, but personally, I can't get through this paragraph, which is core Trump, and care about those other things more.

Such a good point. If the election were something like RFK or Tulsi Gabbard or Blagojevich running against a Paul Ryan type, would I publicly come out for the GOP candidate? I’d like to think so but impossible to know.
The SALT cap part is very funny though, given recent events.
Making not voting for the worst person on earth in any sense "admirable" lowers the bar so far you'd have to go to the Mariana Trench to find it.
Democrats would never nominate someone like Donald Trump for POTUS, so luckily we don’t have to make such a choice.
