Well, to be fair, when they are breaded and fried they aren't full string cheese sticks. They cut them in half, so 6 of them is actually just 3 string cheese sticks.

I mean I've literally just eaten bowls of shredded cheese before. When I want dairy portion sizes are a suggestion.

Three string cheese cut in half makes six mozzarella sticks. Unless you want them super long. Then go ahead and use six full length string cheese.
