transpose anything to anything is nothing new, but the fact that 3 days ago it took complicated workflows, and now itโ€™s a single line of natural language. ๐Ÿคฏ

4o native image generation is the beginning. It's a seismic change in generative AI. Where is this all going? We won't need ipadapters, or controlnets, or loras, or comfy workflows, or face landmark models, or segmentation models, or niche task specific models. It'll be one

If itโ€™s not clear, we will start to see a proliferation of art styles, remixing, new experiences and just a wide verity of madness unfolding, clear example form below

Yknow whatโ€™s great about this? EVERY SINGLE film, tv series & documentary will be refreshed for every viewer new & old. You can watch your fav films in a completely new way, you can watch series you didnโ€™t like the style of in a new style that you prefer, itโ€™s endless fun and
Agree. Frame by frame rendition is completely possible already. Just literally a matter of compute x time. I want to be able to switch between styles for movies that I love just to see them in a new way. Though the accuracy has to be high between each frame

GPT-4o dropped an image model update and suddenly everyoneโ€™s living in a Ghibli painting. A thousand timelines, all gorgeous, all fake. And itโ€™s just the beginning. People think this is about art. But reality is fundamentally shifting. Whatever version of the world you want

animators just got a whole new arsenal of tools, really hope they will use it and create epic stories
It won't be entertainment. It will be drained of soul. For a while, it will work as novelty, but with time, there will be a reversion of emotions, covering them with a grey film over all that we sense, as everything can be everything in every second while being nothing.
It'll get even crazier when Ai starts developing new seasons of old tv shows that matches the quality of the show. I'm looking forward to 50 new seasons of The Sopranos, if that's the case.
This is not bad, you'll be able to recognize uninspired copy paste AI stuff even if they are almost indistinguishable from actual art. Offer and demand my friend, if AI are everywhere the demand will go down, and the demand for actual human art will go up.
I kind of want to see someone recreate the interview of the creator saying something like this would be an insult to life itself.... In Ghibli.
I think itโ€™s good, entertainment has been going down the drain, and thereโ€™s more and more an appetite for personalized stories
How long until people are bored by just reapplying these iconic styles? They are only iconic because they were fresh, unique and full of memories, but if they are applied to everything, viewers will soon get tired of them.
Waiting for the day when I can generate a different version of game of thrones season 8 based on best reddit theories
I don't see this as all bad. With the garbage mainstream entertainment has been pumping out, maybe making creative tools like this available to the masses will see some decent returns.
this is garbage quality compared to rral animation so for now I dont see this doing anything to the top production houses maybe it'll help streamline some background or mob sections but the quality here is nothing compared to what's selling at the top
Couldnt have come along at a better time. Hollywood is finished. Let all art be independent that the cream can rise to the top
Entertainment's about to get wild with AI's flawless adaptability. Buckle up for this rollercoaster of creativity!
Into the perpetual meme world we go. Have you ever seen a dollar bill? Oh yeah? Have you ever seen a dollar bill... on AI? - ๐Ÿ‘ฝ The CRAFT is being erased from the ART.
Eventually we're going to have to have a serious global conversation about the fact that humans were never meant to travel faster than a horse can run
I wonder if this will make original (ie. human-made) art even more valuable in the future, because 99% of what you see on a screen will be AI. The problem will be telling the difference
