Normally I say banned from driving for life, but cube crushing is also acceptable
Have you ever encountered a motorcycle with a stereo system that the rider is blasting as they drive through a residential neighborhood?
Crush into a tiny cube. Donate the bike to charity.
In the heart of Dallas, I rarely hear cars with large subwoofers that can be heard 10 blocks away anymore, but whenever I go home to my mom's in a small rural east Texas town, like 3 times an hour until well past 1am, one will drive by at 10mph, rattling her whole house.
The truly disgusting thing is they've been able to ticket that all along but the cops simply refuse to do it. My theory is it's because so many of them go around on Harleys with no muffler when they're off duty.
To elaborate: the just punishment is to confiscate the vehicle, and crush it while forcing the driver to watch, as well as pay the cost of crushing. Plus a big fine.
It depends on what you mean. If it’s specially loud cars, yes. If it’s like Paris, and it’s “ppl who live next to the main highway are unhappy”
