Trump's mandate? It's very shallow. Trump's now under 50% in the popular vote. His margin ranks 44 of 51 since 1824. Weak coattails: 4 Dems won for Senate in states Trump won. (It was 0 in 2016 & 2020.) The GOP is on track for smallest House majority since there were 50 states.

Trump's "margin ranks 44 of 51 since 1824." In this math, Clinton's 43% in 1992 and his 49.2% in 1996, is ranked as a better outcome than Trump's 49.9% because the margin against the opposition candidate (Bush 1992, and Dole 1996), was wider then than now. Dishonesty.

Every winner declares a mandate. Every loser whines about it. It's all about political capital, not mandates. I do laugh at MAGA still bragging they won in a landslide when it's one of the narrower wins in presidential elections the last 50 years.

Damn straight! There's ZERO mandate when you win by like 1.5% and we have the closest House majority in 100 years. But Donald Trump and his minions will keep declaring they won in a landslide a la Reagan in 1984. We know better, though. Joe and Mika can cave, but we won't.

I gave him a mandate to investigate each and every single state that is still counting after election night. I do not trust a single state that cannot count as fast as Florida. We already know Pennsylvania is counting illegal votes. People need to go to prison.

Thank god Trump secured the win. Now we can have paper ballot, same day voting and counting to make sure that no extra ballots are found in states that make it easy to cheat. 🙏 Nearly everywhere can count votes within 1-3 days, the only reason some states are still counting is
