Must be a preemptive measure. I have never seen these unicorn free refills - in England at any rate. In a country where fast food outlets charge for little condiment packets and ice is a luxury item, sadly, it just fits.

The sugar law thing captures our government's delusional perspective. They think bad outcomes occur because people are naive children who don't know 2 glasses of sugar soda is a lot of sugar. The reality is that people have become idiots because they're babied by the state.
