Unlike Macron, Starmer, and other pushing on with recognition of a Palestinians State, I can see how this will actually promote Palestinians' interest and pave the way towards a statehood. (the road will still be long with hard work, compromises, and a lot of luck still required)

Qatar needs to give Hamas leadership an ultimatum. If they are in fact serious, they need to tell them unless they accept these conditions and terms, they will be expelled from Doha and their assets seized and frozen. Enough.
