I want people to understand how difficult it is to get a legit visa that allows you to work in the US. It is INSANELY hard And it’s basically a barrier upheld only by people like me who would never come there illegally

Was it an issue with training of ICE? No one with a valid Visa should be held for any time other than to show the visa.

The immigration law (INA) is a huge pile of outdated bureocracy written 80 years ago, and it is now hurting our national interests. Scrap the INA and write something lean, reasonable, and efficient! It's common sense!

This mess up benefits China, which leads battery production capacity. All those making it worse w/dumb comments, look at which companies are responsible for battery production in the US --> many of them are South Korean.

There was one documented case of a valid visa. If there were others, they have not been legitimately reported. The rest were illegal overstays or illegal entries. How’s it feel to have no one believe you anymore except the simple minded?
