One thing I think isn’t appreciated in a lot of DC, especially in left or center left circles, is much of both MAGA and tech doesn’t see House control as likely Dem (as indicated by polls, prediction markets, and CW), but rather as close to a push or slight GOP lean.

I was shopping in a store that had a talk radio pundit in Alabama two weeks ago. He was stating as fact that there was no way Democrats would take the senate and very unlikely to take the House. Which was absurdly funny but also a problem later.

Complete bullshit. If "tech" saw House control as GOP lean they would be pouring millions into the 4/1 odds that result gets you and quadrupling their money. All the money is flowing into Dems. You're wishcasting.

That’s based mostly on the tech world’s (probably correct assumption) that they can directly manipulate the outcomes themselves, and without any repercussions because the people benefiting from the cheating will be the ones in power.

Kalshi currently gives Dems a 84% chance to control the House on a market with $34m volume. If tech thinks House control is a toss up, how come nobody in tech has taken advantage of a massive market inefficiency enough to shift the odds?
