Of course. Art is about self expression and that requires having preferences. Like really loving the Golden Gate bridge.
You can easily (relatively) create an LLM finetune hyperfixated on any subject you wish and then host it.
There are a few other pieces of AI-generated art that I would consider real art. The Ash Baby was AI, so is that cat doing the thumbs up.
