Short term leases should be legalized again. If the only option is an expensive hotel than that increases hotel prices, hurting tourism.

But they had good intentions with this law. So let’s not judge too harshly. Maybe the interns could be wrong.

The month to month leases are insanely expensive and many of them are filled by illegal airbnbs as well. Hope the new BoS can undo these destructive laws.
