I do not believe that essential U.S. Aid for worthy causes in other countries will totally dry up. We are in the early stages of examining how those monies are being spent (and misspent). There are plenty of non-profits operating around the world.

Marco Rubio as a member of the foreign relations committee was unable to get records or anything from USAID. They just blocked him. So since that time he learned. And this is what democrats do not do. They never learn.
That was before he was in charge of foreign policy. Now he can do all of these things directly without having to beg for it.
