Think there would be a lot more red in Battersea, Hudson Yards, and NoMa, but little change in Paris.

To be fair to the tourists I image a big portion of the resident’s pictures are inside their private homes/apartments. Tourists can only really go where the public spaces are.
I think a tourist simply does not have enough time to take pictures (does not imply some did not see) of the other areas to a city beyond the main attractions the city itself often promotes. I wonder how the average new residents photos would look in year 1 vs year 2 for example
what’s the methodology and data sources behind this? How did she know which pic was a tourist, which was a local, and how did she access the pics ?
The fascinating part is WHY tourists and locals take what they do. My 50 shekels? Locals just avoid the spaces where tourists congregate and tourists really have no idea what they're doing.
