Semaglutide made the heart look 2-4 years younger on a proteomic aging clock across 5 RCTs and 10,052 people.

That fits the heart outcome data. In the big semaglutide heart trial, how much weight people lost early on didn't predict who avoided a heart attack or stroke. A shrinking waistline explained only about a third of the benefit.
Interesting, but the preprint doesnโt show real rejuvenation just a protein-clock shift not fully explained by weight, glucose, or CRP.
