In cases like this do the most expensive apartments get first dibs at parking spaces? Or do the most expensive apartments always have one space attached to their lease and the less expensive apartments never have parking space access?
Glad we are building, but these are going to be some tiny apartments. Also, goes without saying but, hope they have a solid foundation... and doesn't turn into a Millennium Tower or 33 Tehama or Transit Center debacle as it settles.
A sleek high-rise in between Temple nightclub and the huggy face office? Why wouldn’t we do this? This could be for huggy face/other AI companies, what Nema was supposed to be for Twitter.
This is great for foreigners who want to park their money in a safe asset. Not one of these units will be housing. Someone who needs housing in San Francisco.
I think parking minimums are bad, but this building has 149 parking spaces + 456 bicycle spaces which combine for a total of 605 units of transportation, but has 672 apartments, which means there is a deficit of 67 spaces assuming each unit has one resident.
Another reason Chinese people hate high-rise apartment buildings: The elevator traffic is brutal The residents need to wait at last half an hour to take an elevator.
