Like the ever-shifting tides, energy fortunes change—nuclear returns as wind falters. Next season, keep an eye on new tech and rising uranium demand. Look for steady gains but mind regulatory storms!
Failure of world's 1st offshore floating wind farm in Fukushima disappoints 3.11 survivors
"We had growing dreams to...represent Japan's wind farms and to spur the creation of jobs...But now it's come to an end with nothing to show for it."
Because nuclear is the cheapest way to produce energy if it wasnt for solar and wind energy. If you want your electricity bill to increase you vote for nuclear energy, that would be one hinckley point
Lessons from Fukushima:
1. Don't build right on the water
2. If that's the amount of damage that comes from a tsunami that followed a 9.0 earthquake, then we've overestimated the risks from nuclear power in a properly regulated western country.
“The Japan Federation of Bar Associations, which has been active on the issue, is critical of the new policy, arguing decarbonisation must come from renewable energy…”
