Lina Khan has been a disaster for American economic strength and is a major reason why tech turned against Biden this past election. An absolute unforced error by Biden that had no meaningful policy payoff.

She was better in her last year when she focused on specific consumer protection cases like this one. She should have just focused on things like this in the first three years, rather than pushing all those court cases that were rejected even by Biden and Obama appointed judges.

"Tech" is not a person, it doesn't have feelings. It's only goal is the pursuit of profit and they they dispised Lina Khan because she went sued them and very often won. Why should we care about what tech CEOs think exactly?
