A few more nuggets of delight for you. First, Tim Apple has had his halo bent. He's arguably had the best reputation of the big tech CEOs until today. He ordered the code red. /1

Alex Roman had a super bad day. If anyone directed him on this testimony cited by the Court, heads will roll. either way, Apple Inc also has big problems. /2

I missed this during those hearings but for Apple to actually have a presentation stating their option of charging 27% for using a third party means "more margin" is downright offensive and evil. Again, Apple is cooked. /5

Using the AG report as pretext for their decision to try to charge 27% and maintain their revenues was probably the biggest mistake if you ask me. /6

And yes, YGR ended with one for the ages, "As always, the cover-up made it worse. For this Court, there is no second bit at the Apple." Apple's Board of Directors on line one. /7

Arguably indeed. I never bought the salt of the earth Tim Cook. He's a killer and always has been. But at that level it's usually the case. The reason he's bad for Apple is that he has no engineering management sense. Titan, Apple Intelligence, etc. He has no idea, or taste.
I have said before “Tim is gonna drive this company into a ditch. They’ll tumble for a while, so in the end, it may not be pretty”. This is the tumbling. Let’s see if he finally gets the message and they manage to survive. 🤔
He should absolutely lose his job over this, but nothing will happen because they will want him to lead Apple through the issues the tariffs have caused with their manufacturing.
Interesting. Halo bent ? More like ripped Off and he already seems to be demanding a new one to be forged. Bad for shareholders and America. Jobs would not agree with cooke Lu lol actions based on Trump. He thought Foxconn factories were Cool but not worth patriotism.
The bean counters are in charge. Out in the open, in the public record. What a complete and utter tragedy to see this happen to the institution that Steve Jobs built.
