Two points from that I think are correct:
— US economic performance post-COVID was in fact good compared to other countries
— Democrats were in fact rewarded for this even though obviously they lost

I think this is also a correct critique of the legislative strategy on BBB which was too focused on "pressuring" Manchin with no leverage rather than figuring out what was doable.
