This is by far the craziest video from the fire in Los Angeles. This guy is filming huge walls of fire surrounding a house they're in, and there's another person and a dog. I have no idea why they didn't evacuate or what happened to them. Let's hope they're okay. #PalisadesFire

Hi Sia, this video is so terrifying and we're hoping everyone is ok! Wondering if this is your original video or if you know who the original poster is? Daily Mail is interested in requesting permission to feature this video in our live coverage of the wildfires. Pls lmk! -FG
for everyone saying “they should have left,” i have friends out there and they were getting conflicting orders telling them to shelter in place. but these winds are unpredictable. my friends went with their gut and left! praying for those that listened & stayed. 😔🙏🏽
oh my god, WHY are they not GONE from there?! did they get out safely? HOW are they so CALM? is their house made of metal & glass? i’m so confused & terrified watching this.. that poor dog. why didn’t the LEAVE?!
I pray they are okay. Maybe time for California to have a statewide sprinkler system feed from the Pacific. That can be triggered when these events happen to stop fires in their track.
We live in the mountains above this area. A lot of our friends live in the Palisades and I know one person who lost their home. Thankfully, we are about 5 miles North of the fire and it’s burning the opposite direction from our home - but we were evacuated regardless - just to

This is horrifying and terribly sad. I wish they had evacuated!! 🥲 The wind is insane. 80+ mph. Our fencing keeps blowing down all around our house. Thank God no fires where I am, though (I live 13 miles from Pacific Palisades).
I’m from the future They were not ok For real though, they should have left
Incredible Footage.. Brentwood/Palisades are insanely exclusive areas.. Homes are very close too with lots of trees and outdoor build outs. Very scary
I’m appalled at some of the comments. Fires spread so quickly, they probably had nowhere to go, second person may be immobile - you don’t know. God help them.
I read another post that said both people and the dog made it out safely. I am hoping that this is true
A lot of people couldn’t get out. The fire kept changing directions and people were abandoning their cars on the streets and running. For safety. Then the streets we blocked from the abandoned cars, it’s a mess. Prayers for everyone and all of the emergency workers. 🙏🏼🙏🏼
They live in a fantasy millionaire world, reality doesn’t affect them.
These poor people could've been told to shelter in place like so many have. And that poor terrified dog. 🙏🙏🙏
They were probably among the many who were told to shelter in place. I think it had something to do with cars blocking the road out. But it also appears there is water being poured onto the house, so maybe the fire department set up a post outside their home. I hope they're safe.
And I’m over here complaining about the snow… that looks like a nightmare omg
If watch the video closely you’ll see at one point huge amounts of water splashing up against the windows. I can only assume it came from a helicopter or plane dousing the house as the fire burned past it. All the air crews are grounded now due to high winds.
There’s a literal ocean off the coast of California???? Like just use ocean water Damn the gov needs to find a way to do this
Oh wow that is scary! When I first see these videos I think "what an idiot" But then I remember we don't know their situation. I go to work at 4 am then take afternoon nap. This came so quick I can imagine being there asleep with my dog then waking up and it being too late.
He just wanted the views… They should’ve been out of there. It takes awhile for that fire to get to that level.
His dog was already trying to lead him out of this dangerous place, but he didn't take his dog's advice.
