Great to know! I've dropped the oura ring for 4 months now and it was a great decision. I've developed a better understanding of how I'm rested and don't want all that tech anymore. Less phone use too.

I was ignorant of the "fact" that we need 8 hours of sleep; somehow managed on 4-5 all my adult life.
You need as much as YOU need.
This makes sense. Unfortunately it doesn't help to assess causes or whether changes are working.
I'm curious, is that the reason for all of the sleep impairment ads on TV and in magazines? Do they want us to think we are impaired and actually act impaired so we will buy their drugs? What an interesting concept.
Tracking is better then looking a signal score and getting any relative information from any bio signals.
Tell most health apps you slept well. Then let your watch report 6 hours and a crap score. Watch which one they believe.
