Giving ppl who live somewhere the right to decide on what gets built in their area is an abomination of societal workings and will be looked back upon as one of the weirdest anomalies in human history once it’s inevitably over. It would literally be better to have a Noble decide.

There was a weird historic designation issue for that plot — and they are going to let it move forward with a few reasonable adjustments (eg aligning the windows)
