This is our/neighbor’s backyard in Los Angeles right now. Power lines sparking against trees. Neighbor and I have been trying to call 911 and Fire Department for 45 min with no answer (as instructed by Power Company). Yes, a lot is going on, but the city is failing us.

Oh, just more sparks not to be worried about, says the Fire Department. Finally spoke to them, and they said “call us if something actually catches on fire” See the ash in the air at the end of the video

2/3rd of the firefighters are protecting you and doing their best. The rest are protecting the county but the city is failing you?! Eeesh. Imagine going up to a firefighter and telling them they failed you while a third of the county burns? LA people suck

Sad that X responds faster than emergency services. Yes, i understand emergency services must be busy tonight, but they need to staff for the max call volume not the average call volume.
