Infinite love and gratitude for all the YIMBYs who sent calls, texts, and emails to make this happen. We don't have power in the building because we have deep pockets or a revolving door. We have power because of YOU. I always tell my team: we work for YOU.

abstained. So many buildings in the district are currently illegal because of explicitly exclusionary downzonings. The data is clear: we need to reduce displacement pressure by undoing the past & allowing the kinds of apts already in L.A.!
