When was the company worth $30b? Bc I'd say they eroded more than half their value with the dragging incident and gm had nothing to do with that. Weird how these ceos don't wanna take responsibility when shit hits the fan.

This is routine for legacy autos. They toil around for years, before you know it been 10 years & nothing has been done. It takes them years to move an inch. This is why not a single legacy auto have led a team to develop an AV or advanced ADAS system (like Tesla's NOA or FSD). 1/
They never had the CAPEX for the long haul and view themselves fundamentally as a widget company. At the same time, the algo driver still aint there. Maybe they'll be mfg arm and just license from Waymo/Nuro/et al.

Not surprised 2027 or 28 MYs will have some sort of Cruise tech incorporated into top $ models..
Look at Cadillac's Celestiq.. it's begging for that technology
