I don’t get it. To get the pilgrim you have to register for FAFSA first. Doesn’t that website like verify Social Security numbers? Seems like Federal level fraud.

This is very easy to prevent but real efforts to prevent fraud would mean that illegal aliens cannot gain access to state resources. These scammers can do this because states like CA built these systems, by design, to enable fraud.

Since a valid SS number is needed for Pell grants, how are bots able to get the grants (or other financial aid)? A way to stop and fraud is to check the SS numbers and other financial info.
