it’s almost like Google owns YouTube or something and OAI has to keep fixing youtube-dl with internal patches to keep up
If you handpicked videos this comparison is useless, you'd need to do 100 x prompts from each and compare the average and nobody is doing that yet.
Choosing between AKOOL and D-ID for AI avatars or voiceovers? Let’s compare the two and help you make the best choice for your AI-powered video production! 🎥✨

Appended a bit of auto-complete to the tomato at the end, a small amount of knife slip, but hey. It's #HunyuanVideo in 8b quantization running on 1x RTX4090. 👍 Used original prompt "A pair of hands skillfully slicing a ripe tomato on a wooden cutting board".
All this shi is happening too quick for me to keep up. For those who are informed about genAI, what is generally their Achilles' heel? On what kind of videos do they fall out of realism?
Need AI avatars or voiceovers? HeyGen and AKOOL both offer powerful AI video tools, but AKOOL delivers superior results with more precise body movements and lip sync. See the difference!
Damn. Google is streets ahead. I do think Grok will start to compete seriously with Google and ChatGPT in the next 6 months with text to video capability. Exciting times for creators.
Google YouTube has tons of training material of cooking videos that openAI does not have. This only demonstrates that Google has probably trained in that direction more than openAI.
I feel like any video generator can be made to look good if the output is cherry picked. What's missing is any information of Veo2's strike rate. Was this the first generation or the 10th?
Google most likely provide you with a recorded video not generated, they are very good at that.
