Lol this feels so much like my frustrated experience with Sora the hands thing is weird happens all the time.
And yet. I could make this for cheaper in my own home... There would be no weird slices that suddenly enlarged either.
If you handpicked videos this comparison is useless, you'd need to do 100 x prompts from each and compare the average and nobody is doing that yet.
this isn't a tomatoes to tomatoes comparison. sora is public, while veo is curated.

Veo 2 is ahead from Sora, no comparison.
Just look at the detailing and quality in Veo.
Damn. Google is streets ahead.
I do think Grok will start to compete seriously with Google and ChatGPT in the next 6 months with text to video capability. Exciting times for creators.

That is super cool, but no one has access to Google's video generation, so I can't take it seriously.
Google YouTube has tons of training material of cooking videos that openAI does not have. This only demonstrates that Google has probably trained in that direction more than openAI.
