There’s a non-zero chance McMorrow’s campaign saw this fake poll and was a factor in her decision to drop out.

As one of the candidates featured in these polls - the infamous one in late June that showed me plummeting into single digits (which was at odds with our internals) - here's the impact of this "experiment" - Donations dried up - Volunteers were devastated and pleading for x.com/WedgewoodPolls…
I don’t know who’s running your account, but you should just identify yourself as a person rather than a pollster. You are very biased in certain races. Take off the mask. It’s not fair to people with all the dishonesty out there.
Would also consider them partially deciding the Michigan & Wisconsin primary with their Hong & Stevens polls

Why is everybody pretending that Wedgewood was the only one releasing polls for the last 6 months?!?!? There were numerous other pollsters showing her declining. It wasn't just one poll it was a very clear trend
Or, indirectly, media signal boosted the numbers, donors saw it, funds dried up, and she was left with no choice even if she didn't believe the numbers The poll was a factor even though her decisions weren't based on the poll itself
