What’s even crazier - Texas alone makes up 43% of the crude oil production of America. If Texas were its own country, it would rank fourth in the world for crude oil production.
Sounds great, but all that oil we used to buy now goes to China. We are fast losing a major ally to Beijing. Not good.

That’s not oil, that’s “petroleum liquids”, which includes a lot of lighter end products like NGLs that you can’t turn into things like gasoline.
This is not accurate and includes natural gas liquids which are not the same as crude. The US produces roughly 13 million bopd, so closer to 25-30% more than Saudi. Sincerely and respectfully, Oil and Gas Professional
wow. fracking, especially in tx, has done a lot here. i would love to see how much production has changed on a per region basis over the last 10 yrs, looking at tx, ok, co, alberta, etc
To be fair, Saudi has curtailed production to support oil prices. This policy has benefited US oil producers. If KSA openned the taps tomorrow, US production would be heading south.

Undergrad classes should be harder and more rigorous, but grades should be much lower stakes, with failing and retaking a couple classes normalized and expected for most students. Most classes outside major should be pass/fail by default.

In case you want to know what a low information voter is like, I just got a text from a friend of mine (who is an ivy league grad and literal medical doctor) asking me, no joke "wait why isn't Mike Pence Trump's running mate this time?*
I understand why Harris isn't doing this but it's important to repeat: - Immigrants commit crime at lower rates than native born Americans - Immigrants do not reduce native-born wages - Immigrants help the economy grow - America is great as assimilating immigrants
