No, that is not what this says. I think he's wrong and that the start of fighting is a very significant thing, but this is not a good summary of the screenshots

He writes that it's "not true" that "the first to fire is the bad guy." Then two paragraphs later he writes "World War II didn't start with Germany's invasion of Poland."
