Sort of amazing that the key to solving cost bloat is just yelling about it, over and over again, and berating your employees until they figure something out
Strong leadership, decisiveness, no excuses, a belief in what you’re doing, great compensation, and motivation…. Anything can be done with that recipe and SpaceX has it in their DNA.

I'm sure NASA also built the tower for $20M (or less, since they aren't actually flying anywhere) and money laundered the rest of the $3B
Elon's cost target was $20 million, but did SpaceX actually achieve that? It could perhaps have been $40 million all told (I do not know). I am confident that the cost was still much lower than traditional companies, of course
