“Greatness does not come out of intelligence, it comes from character. Character is not formed out of smart people: it is formed out of people who have suffered.”

I like how the only Huang-relevant info on that entire page is him simply saying "Hey, what's up?"
Founder mode: "hey, what have you upped this week?"
This line hurts but it is worth it. Whenever someone asks Jensen for advice on how to achieve success, his answer has been consistent over the years: “I wish upon you ample doses of pain and suffering.”.
Nah, I think that's just wrong. It speaks volumes if the leader don't know what people are doing at their companies, that they'd have to ask, even going as far as the bathroom being unprofessional and asking me hat they got done.

Elevated his privileges to talking while holding wiener. That's a ballsy move.
Had the CIO of a previous team I was on try that shit with me. I told him he won't ever get me to speak in the restroom outside of "hello." and bounced.
Not all founders are meant to be CEOs, and that's okay.
Take Pieter Levels. Despite shipping multiple successful products, he never raised funding.
Why?
Because the pressure to scale never appealed to him.
And while many of his friends took the VC route, many now wish they’d
