Ah, but what about true-blue MAGA judges like James Ho? Surely, he couldn't be in favor of birthright citizenship.
Apart from Ted Cruz' flip-flopping, if the views of Alito/Thomas on birthright citizenship had won the day, would those same views lead to a decision that Cruz isn't eligible to be president?
