Meh I would still fight like hell on this being a free expression right come what may. If the government can define gender expression then they can define all sorts of expressions within each gender. Free expression is not just a privilege for politically popular groups.

Many of the trans demands of the last decade, beyond non discrimination laws, are untenable. I think they are seeing in real time that their lives are going to be better under a Democratic administration that respects them a Republican administration that demeans them.

Trans activists need to look at the gay rights movement of the 90s and mirror it. Want gay marriage but understand Civil Unions is a stepping stone to advance. We need to get off of sports and focus the message on personal choice and basic acceptance of medical treatment

What if their differing stances are on women’s rights? What about minority rights? What rights do you believe you can sacrifice of other peoples so that you can have power? Human rights are human rights and here you’ve taken a firm stance against them.
