Paying for sex with teens isn’t funny. The problem w/these allegations is he wasn’t charged with anything following investigation so we have no proof. If he’s guilty it’s terrible & he has a messy personal life that doesn’t reflect well on him, but he also has presumed innocence.

All the Republicans will say "oh it's just allegations he hasn't been proven guilty" but then if a court actually makes a finding they just say the court is biased. Absolute acceptance of rape as an acceptable character flaw.

Sounds like two drunk people had hate-sex in a hotel room and neither one has a reliable memory of the circumstances. What is anybody supposed to do with this? Horrible if she was drugged and / or raped, but the evidence does not seem to support that conclusion.

They both were drinking late one night in October 2017 at R Women's Conference. They went to his hotel room. Dispute whether the sex in the room was consensual. No claim of physical injuries. She went to police. No charges. He paid her for NDA. How does one determine truth?

Are teens unqualified to prostitute themselves? Was the person in question well beyond the age of consent for trans affirming care or misrepresent their age? There needs to be a serious conversation about these issues and the heated rhetoric should be weighed judiciously.
