Someone will need to explain why a waiter's (tip-based) pay should be taxed less than the cook's and hostess's (wage-based) pay.
Yes, the bill includes some guardrails limiting who can benefit and how much. Which would matter more if DOGE wasn't laying off one-third of the IRS tax enforcement staff.
I'll take a $25,000 break. And I can certainly hand out some coffee in the office break room to classify myself in food service. πŸ˜€
