People don’t want to hear this but Adams making more headway against two of NYC’s longstanding problems (housing and trash) than any mayor this century instantly catapults him into the upper tier of NYC mayors

I hate rats. SO MUCH. Welcome to the next phase of our “Trash Revolution”! West Harlem just became the first neighborhood on the continent to have its trash 100% fully containerized. Our Empire Bins will make streets cleaner than ever and send even more rats packing.

I mean, the baseline for a NYC mayor is corruption, that much we know, but at least Giuliani and Adams (time will tell) had some transformative effect.
He has laid the ground work for better housing development, but won't be there to see if it comes to fruition Regardless, his downfall is all his own doing and nobody needs to remember him differently as a result.

He’s also fostered a culture of total impunity from all driving and parking laws for all city workers. As a current resident with a toddler who would like drivers to be punished for their dangerous driving, that matters to me more than the trash thing (which is good)
Nah, it would catapult most majors into the top tier category, I don’t care how much he does for the city, he’s a Turkish foreign agent instantly F tier no matter what
We solved this issue with the pilot a few years back. More frequent pick ups landed us at the same results w/o spending millions on a new fleet and ugly dumpsters on the road

This trash situation was taken from women who took it from another woman. it's happening under his jurisdiction BARELY and is a total accident he used to make him look good exactly when he got in trouble for something else.
I wouldn’t even care he was taking bribes if he didn’t over police us/wasn’t an evil cop. It’s kind of wild the run he’s been on for housing and trash
