Emily’s list supports even mediocre or bad women candidates over good male candidates- not a great strategy. But, why oh why when the D establishment learned about Plattner’s flirtation with misogyny, racism, and nazism didn’t they recruit someone from Maine who is not yet 70.

A Nazi is a non-starter in Maine. Platner should have dropped out weeks ago.
It's a year out and the guy is a total newcomer. Mills is a Schumer psychophant. She will not improve her numbers, probably drop out by the summer.
