There’s something so pure and relaxing about hanging up laundry and having it dry on a beautiful breezy day. I love it.
I'm American-born & definitely air-dry pilled. It's relaxing, does smell nice, and preserves the clothes better.
In contrast, US is so advanced they even stopped walking not like those like primitive natives still on their feet.
Genuinely interested: other than when it's raining or too cold, what is the advantage of using a clothes drier? They have the disadvantage of shrinking clothes and wearing out the fabric. What's the upside?
I mean. Have you tried it? I still opt to machine dry my clothes, but I’ve also air dried. It’s good for the clothes and fairly easy.
This is why aliens won't contact us. It's not that we haven't invented warp drive, it's that Europeans haven't yet adopted clothes driers and air conditioning. Until they do we're far too primitive to invite into the confederation of advanced civilizations.
I’m in Europe with dryer. Once you try it there is no way back. We need a presidential order to impose them in all households
Except when it rains! Or when your neighbor is a chain smoking bloke with lots of friends over!
Bro got cooked. It's funny how some europoors don't have basic appliances that have been common like 100 years in more civilized places.
upon looking at the replies i realize americans are the only true civilized people
Those people live happier than you'll ever be despite all the tech, entertainment, facilities you've at arms reach.
People also used to shit in buckets and wipe themselves (when they opted to wipe) with fistfuls of grass - super eco friendly so the Europoors should start doing that again too.
Stop machine drying your clothes except for towels and underwear. Hang dry and everything will last longer and look better.
