Why 6 floors? How would this not lead to a bunch of underdeveloped urban lots?
I really want one of these single stair advocates cited here to tell me how much more dangerous a 7 story SS building is than a 6. How many extra fire deaths per 100k if we allow 8 floor ss? 12? 18?
