Just for masochistic fun, go to the SF Prop Info site. Take 699 Marina Blvd for example. 5 BR/3 BA house. Zestimate is $3.7M, but SF Assessor gas land at $140k and structure at $326k. So, $4,700 property taxes. Christ.
