Is 88% of voters a lot? I would think that it would seem like a lot, if I were someone who thought about the preferences of a majority of voters, such as, for example, the California State Legislature.
And yet it took years and years of YIMBYs incessant banging on Democrats’ door to get it done.
Seems to me, our elected leadership in Sacramento is not truly representing us.

Lots of people have off today and the weather in NYC is amazing today so I bet plenty of folks would hang out in Albert's Garden if it was open.
Alas, this "community garden" is closed all day.
