Three went in but are okay. It looks to have sheared off after Marini’s. The end of the wharf was already damaged but was being restored.
A lot of those piers have been built with wooden posts
Not sure what they are replaced with but my home town of Ventura has suffered numerous pier repairs
Oh how sad. We stayed in Santa Cruz many years ago when visiting my sister who lives in San Mateo. We walked and shopped on the wharf.
