True story. Both the US and Russia were signatories to the Budapest Memorandum. The US, at least, didn't actually attack Ukraine. It just failed to keep its word about its commitment to Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity.
Russia thinks Ukraine is more important, Trump thinks Iran is more important.
I'm guessing it's because Iran cannot help ruschia get Ukraine, whereas, SHAMerica will help ruschia keep Ukrainian territory while also rebuilding trade with them.
