With Talarico up 51-45 on Paxton, it's safe to declare this race a referendum on Talarico's single stair bill. The majority of Texans are giving a resounding yes to Senator Single Stair.

Respectfully disagree. The single stair bill is dangerous and will result in unsafe dwellings. That said, voting for Ken Paxton because Talarico signed on to a bad piece of legislation is absolute insanity.
