Whenever I see the word "reasonable" in any legislation, I know it's a lazy, squishy, subjective cop out. It can mean anything to any one (or judge).

"Net Neutrality" was an idea created by an academic (who has since come up with many even worse ideas), and has always been a purely academic problem, completely untethered from consumer interests, economics, and reality. The rule was unnecessary and actively harmful.
