Bogus stats. US GDP gets inflated by absurd health care numbers among other things. Health care should be backed out of both U.S. and Canadian stats and then do comparison.
Cardone Capital has over $4.6 Billion of multifamily assets across Florida and Texas.

People really hate acknowledging that the US is the richest country to ever exist on multiple metrics. It also isn't just robber barons. We do better on median income than per capita (where Ireland beats us).
I live in Ontario, and spent some time in Mississippi. It did not seem poorer than Ontario to me, but if anything a bit richer except fror some backwoods areas. I was surprised. So these results are entirely plausible to me.
Poorer than Mississippi? Honestly didn't realize it was that bad. That's impressive in its own way
Certainly something need to think about when discussing america and it’s faults is that it is overwhelmingly wealthy. However, surely a good question after that is how low relatively the standard of living is in America compared to its wealth and prosperity.
What happens if you include the cost of e.g. health care or childcare?
Canadian poor is very different from American poor. If you live within 10km of the poorest county in your state you probably shouldn't go out at night. If you live within 10km of the poorest county in your province you're still in one of the safest places in north America.
Yeah have some real doubts on this from the conservative Fraser institute. A lot of those higher incomes may be way higher "rents" for income and education, which a ton of Americans are in debt for...
Cardiometabolic diseases are on the rise globally, threatening life expectancy gains and burdening vulnerable economies with excess healthcare costs.

"The United States ranks 23rd, and Canada 15th, on a global measure of happiness across countries."
Add on the US’s $8,500 average annual premium for employer sponsored health insurance and they overlap
This is pre-tax income. Canadians will also pay higher taxes.
Employment earnings is a radically incomplete measure of household income.
But YouTubers always tell me how much better CAN/EU is for qUaLitY of liFE.
It would be interesting for some Canadian journalists to test this. Visit people on median incomes in Alberta and Mississippi. Do the Alberta’s live in smaller houses or have smaller cars? Is the local infrastructure in worse condition?
If you elect politicians because they are pretty, (Trudeau) this is what happens.
Yeah, but it’s the Fraser institute, Fox News on steroids. Hey generate this stuff to push their chosen right wing candidate for Prime Minister. You guys would be better off living in Canada.
