In Utah an autopsy is required before embalming in violent deaths, and so even though not released one was likely done. Autopsies can be really quick though when the cause of death is glaringly obvious.

A) Typically young people when arrested for serious crimes forget to do that. B) There is a difference between remaining silent and cooperating via your attorney C) When there is a potential capital punishment on the table your attorney may have you be cooperative by signalling
