What does it say about sub Saharan African governments that even after 22 years of PEPFAR they apparently don’t have the ability to provide its services themselves. Some outrage at those governments seems merited
I’ve often though you have to be cruel or dim to be proper MAGA and the cruel side are really coming to the fore these days
This really is one of the most tragic casualties of the budget cuts. I hope other countries take up the slack.
